You have to know where you’ve been to know where you are going. Kappa holds a special place in its heart for Fraternity history, but every chapter of our organization has unique beginnings of its own. Each plays a part in shaping us today. Read more about our chapters’ histories in Kappa's digital archives.
Upsilon Chapter was founded on Northwestern University's campus in 1892 and is a proud member of Northwestern's Panhellenic Conference, which is composed of 12 on-campus sororites. We are located on the Evanston campus, just north of Chicago, IL. With more than 100 active members, and a growing network of alumni and advisors, Upsilon Chapter reaches back through almost 120 years of good-standing on Northwestern's campus.
